Sealant

Sealants are sealants for seams and joints. The sealants are applied in a liquid state, after which they cure, sealing seams and joints. Sealants based on polyurethane and silicone, among others, are used for sealing on boats, bodywork and building structures.

Sealant

Flexovoss K6T is a sealant compound used to bond tiles or flagstones to the edge of a concrete slab at swimming pools. Flexovoss K6T is an odourless, solvent-free two-component sealant compound, which cures elastically and does not absorb water. It also elastically absorbs smaller cracks in the concrete, preventing slabs from freezing loose, as usually happens with cement mortar.

Sealing | What is sealing?

Sealing is applying a sealant, also called sealer, to a (porous) grout. Sealing serves both to protect against staining and to ensure that moisture does not penetrate the grout.

Styrene

The solvent present in all current polyester products. This strong-smelling material gives polyester its typical odour. We recommend always wearing a suitable protective mask with filter when working. To date, no effective cancerogenic hazard has been identified.

Surester

Eco resin is a resin without any solvent, i.e. also styrene-free. It can be processed like a standard polyester resin and should be coated with the same Mekp hardener. You can apply this surester resin directly to EPs foam without it damaging it.
