Carbon fibre
Carbon or carbon fibre is a reinforcement material that can easily be used when processing laminates with epoxyor vinylester. Carbon fibre can be found in a twill structure that makes it easy to cover round shapes.
You will find carbon fabrics such as carbon in the boat, car and construction industries as well as in the model building world. Carbon is also characterised by its increased pressure resistance compared to fibreglass. It is therefore ideal for coating stiff laminates.
