PU Foam - Insulating PU foams from V-Sure
Polyurethane foams are known for their excellent insulating properties, making them a desirable choice for a variety of applications. This versatile material is not only easy to work with, but also offers a range of benefits that make it well suited for various industries and applications.
At V-Sure, you will find both soft and hard PU foams for different purposes.
- PUR H400-AT: Very hard PU casting foam that can be used as wood imitation for manufacturing shoe lasts or making handles. Is paintable, glueable, fillable, nailable and screwable and can be colored.
- PUR H200-AT: Hard PU casting foam that can be used as a wood imitation for making, for example, shoe lasts or making handles. Can be colored and is suitable for long-term contact with water. Is paintable, glueable, puttyable, nailable and screwable.
- PUR H75-AT: Medium-hard PU casting foam used to fill hollow spaces or shapes such as boats, relief shapes, figures or models. Due to closed cell structure suitable for long-term contact with water. Can be painted, glued and filled.
- PUR HR-AT: Medium-hard PU casting foam ideal for filling hollow spaces in your home (cavity wall, false ceilings, ...) as insulation. Can also be used for filling hollow spaces in boats to make your boat unsinkable. Suitable for making floats.
- PUR E60: Soft PU casting foam used for insulation of hollow spaces, sound insulation, seat cushions, mattresses and masks. Is paintable, permanently elastic and colorable.
PUR E60 A+B 1 KG
This is a two-component elastic integral foam with a closed cell structure. It must always be used in combination with component B. After curing, you will obtain a tough, elastic product with a skin formation and a density of 60 kg/m³.Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids. Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 200 kg packaging (A-comp.).
PUR Type 2 B-comp. 1 KG
A hardener (B component) for all PUR foams. An isocyanate that must always be used in combination with a polyol. The hardener for HR-AT, H75, H200, H400, B70. Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 250 kg packaging.
PUR H200-AT A-comp. 1 KG
This is a two-component structural polyurethane foam. It must always be used in combination with component B. After curing, you will obtain a foam with a closed cell structure and skin formation with a density of 200 kg/m³. CFC-free blowing agent. Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids. Available in 0.7 kg, 3.5 kg and 200 kg packages.
PUR H400-AT A-comp.1 KG
This is a two-component structural polyurethane foam. It must always be used in combination with the B component. After curing, you will obtain a very hard foam with a closed cell structure and skin formation with a density of 200 kg/m³. CFC-free blowing agent. Resistant to chemicals and acids. Available in 1 kg, 10 kg and 200 kg packaging.
PUR H75-AT A-comp. 0,7 KG
This is a two-component structural polyurethane foam. It must always be used in combination with component B. After curing, you will obtain a foam with a closed cell structure and skin formation with a density of 75 kg/m³. CFC-free blowing agent. Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids. Available in 0.7 kg, 3.5 kg and 200 kg packages.
PUR HR-AT A-comp. 0,7 KG
This is a two-component polyurethane casting resin. Ideal for filling hollow spaces in your home (cavity walls, false ceilings, etc.) as insulation. Can also be used to fill hollow spaces in boats to make them unsinkable. Suitable for making floats. Must always be used in combination with the B component. After curing, you will obtain a hard foam with a closed cell structure and a density of 50 kg/m³. CFC-free buoyant agent. Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids. Available in 0.7 kg, 3.5 kg, 10 kg and 200 kg packaging.
