Colour paste
A colour paste is a pigment paste, which can impart a transparent or opaque colour to resin. For example, a quantity of polyurethane colour paste can be added to a casting resin to give the resin the desired colour. Polyurethane colour pastes are known for their strong colouring power. EP resin - epoxy resin
The resin component is prepared by condensation and addition of epichlorohydrin and a divalent or multivalent phenol derivative. The reaction between these two raw materials produces the epoxy resin. The epoxy group found twice in each molecule of the resin is highly reactive and can react with appropriate substances called hardeners. Polyamines and polyamides are most commonly used as hardeners. These substances are able to open the ring at the epoxy group by possessing reactive hydrogen atoms. Kiesel filter
A germ filter is a filter used to purify water in ponds and swimming pools. Kiesel filters, sponge filters or filter cloths have such coarse openings that the fine turbidifying dust particles pass through them. These so-called coarse filters can only become effective in combination with flocculants (such as aluminium sulphate). These flocculants are shaken into the water and cause the fine turbidifying particles to coalesce into larger clumps so that they can be collected. To filter the finest particles, one should use a diatomaceous earth filter.

Amorphous | What is amorphous?
An amorphous material is a material that is not liquid at a temperature below the solidification temperature and has no crystalline structure. By cooling a liquid very rapidly (a cooling rate of 1,000,000 Kelvin per second), one can obtain an amorphous structure. In terms of physical properties, amorphous materials have, among other things, a lower softening temperature, lower specific gravity, higher flexibility and greater transparency than crystalline materials. Note that a material is always amorphous to a certain percentage. Thus, a material contains both amorphous and crystalline phases. A well-known example of an amorphous substance is the so-called metallic glasses.
