Applications
Suitable for making facial prints and other body parts. Once the mold is ready, you can only use water-hardening products such as zellane, plaster and plaster.
Usage
Process Suralgin at room temperature. Measure and weigh the correct amount of water and alginate. Mixing ratio is 50 g powder to 100 ml water. Sprinkle the powder into the water, not the other way around! Then stir the powder and water, preferably with a small mixer. Use a low speed, max. 200-300 rpm. Manual mixing is also possible for small quantities. Mechanical mixing gives a better result. Working time 2'30” to 3'00” at 23°C. Setting time approx. 3'10” – 3'30”. Processing time and curing time are strongly influenced by temperature. Cold water slows down, warm water speeds up.
Safety
To keep the mold a little longer, you can place a damp cloth over it. Cleaning agent for tools and hands: soap and water.
