Flexyseal is an extremely elastic sealant with which you can also make the areas around roof drains, skylights, inside and outside corners and edges around chimneys watertight. It offers protection against rotting of wooden beams and corrosion of metal structures. This convenient 1-component and UV-resistant coating can also be used to repair old roofing.
G4 Sealer: This 1-component high-gloss varnish is scratch-resistant and resistant to solvents and chemicals. You can use G4 as a sealing coat on wood to stop penetrating moisture. Or as a soot isolator on a broken chimney. The varnish hardens without sticking and reinforces dusty concrete floors or decayed wood. It also offers protection against oxidation and rusting of metal.
