Is a transparent, 2-component, highly elastic, self-demoulding rubber material based on silicone that reacts after the addition of the polyaddition hardener. This rubber has a high tear resistance and good chemical resistance. Can be used on all surfaces except glass or ceramics. In these moulds, you can use UP - EP - PU or zellane mouldings.
Available in 1 kg(a+b), 1+1 kg, 5+5 kg, 25+25 kg and 200+200 kg packaging.

Applications
For the manufacture of negative moulds with difficult shapes and deep incisions.
Is thin liquid and can be poured easily. Low shrinkage. Very thin fluid. Already demouldable after 4 hours.
Usage
- Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
- Mix the two components in a 1:1 weight ratio.
- Then pour the mixed rubber over the object.
- Potlife: Approx. 40-50 min. at 23°C.
- Fully cured after 6-7 hours. Has an elongation of 450%.
- Tear resistance: 10 N/mm.
- If you have doubts about the substrate, it is best to make a test piece or to use release agent Trennspray.
- Be careful with plasticine based on phosphor and sulphur.

- Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
- Cleaning agent for tools: Cleaner A or M
- Cleaning agent for hands: hand cleaner Slig (soap Stockhausen).
