Is a transparent 2-component highly elastic, self-demoulding rubber material based on silicone that reacts after the addition of the polyaddition hardener. This rubber has a good tear resistance and is chemical resistant. Can be used on all surfaces except glass or ceramics. In these moulds, you can mould pieces with UP - EP - PU or zellane.
Available in 1+1 kg, 5+5 kg, 25+25 kg and 200+200 kg packaging.

Applications
For the manufacture of negative moulds with difficult shapes and deep cuts. Can also be used as casting material. Is thin liquid and can be poured easily.
Low shrinkage. Very thin fluid. Already de-mouldable after 4 hours. Can be coloured with silicone colour pigments. The silicone can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +200°C.
Usage
- Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
- Mix the two components in a 1:1 weight ratio.
- Then pour the mixed rubber over the object.
- Potlife: Approx. 6 min. at 23°C.
- Fully cured after 1 hour.
- Has an elongation of 400%.
- Tear strength: 8 N/mm.
- If you are uncertain of the substrate, it is best to make a test piece or to use release agent Trennspray.
- Be careful with plasticine based on phosphor and sulphur.
