MC5 is a 2-component polyurethane casting system, unfilled with low odour development and fast curing, which can be mixed with different fillers. The viscosity of the two components is kept particularly low to allow filling with the fillers.
Available in packs of 500 g, 2 kg and 20 kg.

Applications
Universally applicable for all types of moulds and models. Multicast is easy to use, cures very well even in thin layers.

Usage
Always ensure that the surface is as dry as possible. Distribute any fillers between the two components and mix thoroughly. Mix separate components well before use.Mixing ratio: 100/100 parts by weight.
Potlife: 2 to 3 min.
Curing time 25 min. at 4-5 mm.
Safety
- Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
