Is a 2-component structural polyurethane foam. Should always be used in combination with B-component. After curing you get a foam with closed cell structure and skin formation with a density of 75 kg/m³. CFC-free floating agent. Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids. Available in 0.7 kg, 3.5 kg and 200 kg packaging.

Applications
For filling hollow spaces or shapes such as boats, relief forms, figures or models. You can imitate wood with H 75 if you cast it in a silicone mould. Due to the closed cell structure, suitable for long-term contact with water, can be painted, glued, filled, nailed and screwed. Can be coloured with 5% PUR pigment. Attention: does not give a homogenous colour. When exposed to sunlight, the material may discolour after a while.
Usage
Mix individual components thoroughly. Mix both components in a 100/145 ratio by weight and pour the mixture into the shape or area to be filled. The potlife is approx. 60 sec. The expansion is approx. 13 x the volume. Dry after 15 min. De-formable after 20 min. and fully cured after 12 hours. Make sure the processing temperature is between 20°C and 25°C. Store the foam between 10°C and 25°C because of frost sensitivity. Mixing is best done with a mechanical mixer. As a release agent we recommend APW.Safety
