Bio Epoxy Resin
V-Sure's Bio Based Epoxy resins are unique in their composition. They are manufactured from the shell of cashew nuts from which universal and thin-bodied two-component bio epoxy laminating resins are produced. These laminating resins have excellent mechanical properties and high chemical resistance.
The use of Bio Epoxy Laminating resin in combination with glass fabric is extremely suitable for the manufacture of moulded parts or for covering substrates. This universal laminating resin, together with a twill or roving fabric, is widely used in manufacturing in the bodywork industry, the chemical industry and in boat repairs. Biobased epoxy resin can also be combined as a casting compound with fillers such as wood flour or quartz sand. This makes a so-called polymer concrete.
Biobased epoxy resin is also suitable as a casting resin for insulating small electrical connections in the garden and as an insulation layer for printed circuit boards.
BIO Epoxy Cardolite 2009 HSF B-comp. 1 KG
A clear epoxy hardener based on phenalkamine, in line with the latest technology. Can be used in combination with Formulite 2501A resin. Available in 1 kg packaging.
BIO Epoxy Cardolite 2501 LC A-comp. 5 KG
A two-component, solvent-free, virtually odourless, liquid laminating epoxy. Cures tack-free. Best used in combination with glass, carbon or aramid fabric. Can be used to manufacture extremely strong components. Available in sets of 0.5 kg and 1 kg A+B packs.

A 2-component, solvent-free, almost odourless, liquid laminating epoxy. Cures tack-free. Best used in combination with glass, carbon or aramid fabric. Can be used to manufacture extremely strong components. Available in sets (A+B) of 0.5 kg and 1 kg.
BIO Epoxy Cardolite 2401 B-comp. 2 KG
A state-of-the-art epoxy hardener for use with various Cardolite A components such as 2501 A, 2500 A and 2502 A. Available in 2 kg packaging.
BIO Epoxy FS A+B 1 KG
A two-component, solvent-free and almost odourless liquid laminating epoxy. Cures tack-free. Best used in combination with glass, carbon or aramid fabric. Can be used to manufacture extremely strong components where a 37.2% bio-content is important. Available in a 1 kg set of A+B packaging.
Bio Epoxy glosscoat A+B 1 KG
A two-component, solvent-free, odourless and clear casting coating based on bio-based epoxy. This resin has a bio content of 30% and is suitable for gloss casting or as protection for decorative applications. Available in 1 kg packaging.
