Got minor damage on your boat? With the right products, you can easily repair cracks, chips, or even larger damage yourself. Our gelcoat and epoxy repair kits are specially developed for all kinds of boat repairs, both above and below the waterline.
For hairline cracks or light surface damage, the Gelcoat Repair Kit is perfect. This 2-component set includes a resin (A) and hardener (B), available in white (RAL 9010) or clear. You can add polyester pigments to match the exact color of your boat.
Dealing with bigger cracks? Use the Gelcoat Repair Filler - a white filling gelcoat that can be sanded and polished once cured. If the damage is more extensive, the FEW finishing filler is ideal. Made with fast-drying, styrene-free resin, it's easy to apply smoothly. Be sure to follow up with a primer like Epoxy Lightprimer and finish with PU Topcoat for long-lasting protection.
For structural repairs, choose the Epoxy Fiberglass Filler - a fiber-reinforced 2-component paste that's extra strong and can be used above and below the waterline. Finish the surface with Epoxy Universal Filler or, for racing boats, use the Epoxy Lightweight Filler, specially designed to keep weight low.
Proper finishing is key. Apply T35 Topcoat, a two-component satin gloss coating that seals and protects. It comes in standard white (RAL 9010) or a clear version, which you can tint with RAL color pigments.
