Bio epoxy hars
V-Sure's Bio Based Epoxy resins are unique in their composition. They are manufactured from the shell of cashew nuts from which, among other things, universal and thinly liquid two-component bio epoxy laminating resins are produced. These laminating resins have excellent mechanical properties and high chemical resistance.
The use of Bio Epoxy Laminating Resin in combination with glass fabric is ideally suited for manufacturing moulded parts or coating substrates. Together with a twill or roving fabric, this universal laminating resin is widely used in manufacturing in the bodywork, chemical and boat repair industries.
Furthermore, Biobased epoxy resin can be combined as a casting compound with fillers such as wood flour or quartz sand. This allows you to make a so-called polymer concrete. Biobased epoxy resin is also suitable as a casting resin to insulate small electrical connections in the garden and as an insulation layer for printed circuit boards.
