Is a 1 component UV-, high quality, orthopthalic acid with excellent mechanical properties. Is an environmentally friendly with built-in hardener system that reacts to UV radiation.

Available in 5 kg, 20 kg and 233 kg containers.

Applications

Is ideal for laminating glass mats and or fabrics. For general applications. Can be applied without primer on a polyester substrate. In case of wood or concrete first apply primer G4.

Usage

Mix the resin thoroughly before use and apply with a brush or roller.
Then apply the glass reinforcement and impregnate carefully.
If necessary, apply several layers (max. 2-3) for reinforcement and then place the laminate in the sun or under our UV lamp.
The laminate will be cured after approx. 5 to 7 minutes.
Take short processing times into account when working in sunlight.
Always close the packaging to protect against UV rays.
This resin can be processed at any temperature.

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).

This product contains styrene and must therefore be handled according to the safety instructions. This product cures under UV rays: ensure appropriate protection, especially the eyes, by wearing suitable sunglasses.
