Is a 2-component solvent-free PU casting compound with a tough-elastic property. Good electrical insulation and perfectly waterproof. Can be painted and glued with traditional products. Is self-levelling. K6S is temperature resistant up to 120 °C (from 60 °C softening of the material may occur).

Applications
Ideal as an electronics casting resin due to its good flow and insulation properties. Can also be used as an adhesive for PVC and polystyrene foam, among others, without affecting the surface. Can be used in the food industry. Casting of floors and plinths.
Usage
Always ensure that the surface is as dry and grease-free as possible and preferably, for porous substrates, first apply a coat of primer G4. Let it dry for min. 4 hours and max. 8 hours. Mix individual components well before use. Then mix K6S and hardener in a 4/1 weight ratio. Pot life: approx. 40 min. at 20°C Cured after 12 hours and fully cured after 1 week. Using 0.15% PUR accelerator shortens potlife to 15-20 min. at 20°C. Processing temp. : 0-30°C. Can be poured and distributed with toothed spatula, brush or roller (self-levelling). Caution: The larger the quantity you finish, the shorter the application time. When mixing, avoid mixing air, use our special screw mixer. Too high a humidity may cause bubbles to form on the surface.Safety
