Order placed, now what?

After placing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that we have received your order. We will then immediately start working on your order.

When we have all goods in stock, we will prepare your order. If we need to put certain goods on order or need to colour or adjust them, we will inform you of this.

After preparing your order, you will receive a delivery note by e-mail. Thanks to a fruitful cooperation with several courier services, we make sure that your order gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. 

Small delivery

If it concerns an order with non-substantial or light goods, these will usually be brought to you by the carrier GLS. They will send you a Track&Trace code in time, so you can easily follow the location of your order.

Large delivery

If it concerns an order with bulky or heavy goods, the V-Sure team will plan a delivery date with you. The delivery service will do its best to deliver your order on the agreed delivery day.
