2-component, solvent-free and odourless laminating based on in a handy set form together with thickening powder and glass fibre tape, sandpaper and hardener. Stays slightly sticky to the surface so that no sanding is needed between coats. Available in 250 gr packaging.

Applications

Laminates requiring extremely high strength and resistance. This in combination with glass fabric, aramid and carbon fibres. Ideal for repairs on surfboards, boats, skis and other GRP mouldings.Can be applied to wood, metal, PUR, phenolic foam, stone, ceramic, leather, polystyrene foam and GRP. Good resistance to most chemicals and low shrinkage.

Usage

Mix the two components in a 4/1 weight ratio. Potlife: 30 min. at 20°C. Processing temperature: 18-25°C. Waiting time between coats: 40-60 min. Dry after 24 hours. Cured after 24 hours at 20°C. The resin is fully cured after 7 days. Speedcoat or urki voc-2k lack can be used as topcoat. You can add 10-50% aerocell thickening powder.
