Applications
As a coating and casting compound on wood, concrete, metal and GRP substrates or as an insulator for styrofoam, styrodur and polystyrene boards. Grey finishing coat with thixotropic properties. Can be used in the food industry, e.g. arches, cooling arches, floors. Can be poured in layers up to 3 cm thick. As coating for gutters of overflow pools. Has very good chemical properties. Resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.
Usage
- Always ensure that the surface is as dry and dust-free as possible.
- Mix the two components in a 4/1 weight ratio.
- Potlife: 30 min. at 23°C.
- Dry after 24 hours.
- Waiting time between coats: 40-60 min.
- Processing temperature: 18-25°C.
- Fully hardened after 7 days.
- Apply with a brush or roller.
- Do not apply too large quantities in one go in view of the processing time.
- If you are working on concrete, it must be at least 28 days old.
