Is a high-quality 2-component solvent-free epoxy primer. The hardened layer has a very high resistance and is a good barrier against water. The hardened layer does not let water (vapour) through.

Applications
The product is applied on hard surfaces as a protective layer against water, on polyester as an osmosis prevention and on metal as a protection against rust. EPOXY PRIMER ANTIOSMOTIC can also be applied on plywood, hardwood and aluminium. Is a good primer for lacquers and antifouling.
Usage
- Depending on the surface and quality, sandblast or sandpaper.
- The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Only use from 15°C.
- Mix both components in a 3/2 volume ratio or 100:48 by weight.
- After mixing, wait 10 minutes before using the mixture.
- Then process within 45 minutes at 20°C.
- Apply with foam roller or brush.
- Hand-dry after 10-12 hours at 20°C.
- Sandable after 24 hours. Hardened after 7 days.
- Can be repainted after min. 8 hours and max. 3 days. If a fouling stop is applied afterwards, first apply a layer of Epoxy Light Primer.
Safety
- Irritating to eyes.
- Always wear suitable protective clothing and gloves.
- Wearing a carbon filter mask is recommended.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.
- Not for large surface areas and living quarters.
- Cleaning agent for tools: epoxy thinner or cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
