Is a 2-component, filled and flexibilised glass fibre sealing paste based on special water-resistant polyester resin. For fast and durable sealing on various substrates such as PUR sheets, PIR sheets, PVC, wood, stone, cement, Knauf or Yton or other quick building blocks. Available in 5 kg packaging including the Mekp hardener.

Applications
Finds its application in construction, specifically for the seamless waterproofing of shower walls and floors. For fastening, filling out and radiusing step showers. The shower paste has an increased elasticity and impact resistance to water and most diluted chemicals including soaps, alcohols and many products used in the bathroom. Thanks to its grey colour, it gives an optical colour control during application.
Usage
The surface must always be dry and free of dust and grease. In case of a humid surface, use primer type G4 PRIMER. Mix the paste with 2-3% of the liquid Mekp hardener and apply this mixture with a trowel or spatula. Can already be loaded after 2-3 hours.Potlife: 50-60 min. at 20 °C. Processing temperature. : 18-25 °C. Can also be processed at lower temperatures, provided that more hardener or an extra accelerator is added. Please ask for further advice. Always make quantities in proportion to the processing time. Hardening within 24 hours and then can be loaded with water. Waiting time between the G4 and the shower paste is at least one and a half hour with a maximum of 6 hours. The shower paste remains slightly sticky to the surface for improved adhesion with the tile primer. Then treat with a suitable primer before laying the tiles, e.g. of the type Ceresit CN 94 adhesive primer.Safety
