Applications
For puttying on e.g. boat or shaped parts. Non-shrink and well-sandable, quick-curing finishing putty. Excellent adhesion to wood, metal, GRP, aluminium, PU foam and other plastic substrates.
Usage
Mix both components in a 2/1 in volume ratio or a 100:44 weight ratio. Pot life: approx. 40 min. at 20°C and a min. temp. of 10°C. Dry after 15 hours at 20°C and fully cured after 7 days. Apply with a spatula on a surface as dry as possible, dust- and rust-free, in a maximum layer thickness of 10 mm. Each additional layer may be 10% thicker than the underlying layer. Processing temperature: 15-20 °C. Can best be sanded afterwards with P80-P120 for general adhesion and with P120-P240 for fine finishing. Use Lightprimer for further finishing. Caution: do not add more hardener than indicated.Safety
