Is a 1 component < 500 g/l, solvent containing acrylic polymer that dries quickly and is walkable. This sealing coat provides a matt, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant protective layer that adheres well to most substrates, but especially to natural stone and the Flexo cast floor. Excellent resistance to solvents and chemicals, diluted acids and alkalis. Available in 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2.5 kg and 13 kg packs.

Applications
For finishing the 2 K PUR Flexo screed, among others. Gives the surface improved UV resistance and scratch resistance. It is easy to process, very resistant to scuff marks and scratches, makes the surface dust-free and easy to maintain. Very good chemical resistance and provided with UV filters.
Usage
Always ensure that the surface is as dry and grease-free as possible and apply the layer using a suitable fleece roller (microfibre roller). Open cans only when the material contained therein is actually going to be processed. Opened containers should be used immediately and not stored. Beforehand, mix the coating well to a homogeneous mass. Spread the layer with an 18 cm microfibre roller both vertically and horizontally and then roll again vertically. Within 5 minutes the coating has to be rolled again vertically with a dry and as wide as possible micro fibre roller. Apply the coating with a maximum of 200 gr/m², because this can cause foaming. Always use nylon rollers and make sure they are new and well moistened with the coating. A next layer can be applied after 2 hours, with a maximum of 24 hours, because then a light mechanical roughening is necessary. Minimum processing temperature 5°C and maximum: 30°C. Attention: once opened, packages must always be closed airtight to prevent further curing in the can.Safety
